Cancellations must be sent to Europa Organisation by email to insc-phlebologie@europa-organisation.com and are subject to the following conditions:

  • Cancellations received until 1 October 2026: partial refund (refund with deduction of €50 handling fee)
  • Cancellations received from 2 October 2026: no refund
